Barbie Dolls

Barbie dolls have been around since 1959 and have been a massive success ever since. They were created because of the wild success of a similar doll in Germany. At the time there wasn’t an adult doll on the market in America.

Many little girls adore playing with their Barbie dolls, and more kinds come out all the time. There are different ethnicities of dolls, and even some that are handicapped. This diversity makes it easy for every girl to have a doll just like her.

There are thousands of types of Barbie dolls, from very simple ones to Bob Mackie designed ones that sell for hundreds or thousands of dollars. There are many doll collectors that focus solely on Barbie products. Barbie has made an irreversible impact on the world, and it seems she will continue to do so.
